The 2-Week Challenge - Day Twelve

Hopefully the fever of the challenge hasn't escaped you... all is still fine here. Two weeks is a long time! I applaud all of those who have been working hard at this. And great job also to a few who are just starting.

The valuable lessons are still coming up from you all. Awesome!

So I had a little cheat today with the latte and the seeds. I have a big teaching schedule in the morning, so a little loading does a workout good!!
