Day 1 - CHALLENGE TO BE OUR BEST SELF

It's Day One. Have you begun?

Two meals today. 
Caesar Salad
1 1/2 beef meatballs 
A few oven potatoes 

Tomato salad
Oven roasted chicken thigh and wing

Too hot for much else!

Lots of water!!

One brown rice cake
Half Avocado
Mix in with the Avocado Trader Joe's Organic Tomatillo yellow pepper chili salsa

So yummy!
